"SILAS-SAM" Ultra Precision Laser Cutting System cuts precision holes as small as 0.1mm
  • High resolution beam allows hole cutting down to 0.1mm.
  • This system is suitable for the high precision cutting of thin material for applications such as semi-conductor mask stencil cutting and resin sheet cutting.
  • The sealed gas resonator does not require gas change or daily maintenance.
