Model "USM1000" CBN wire cutter for cutting Tire test samples

Tire test samples are cut using an endless wire coated with grains of CBN rotating at extremely high speed.

* Samples require no secondary processing as the cutter produces no burrs on the steel core or shredding of the rubber body.
* The unique clamp mechanism design allows a single clamp to be used for all sizes of tires.
* Cutting can be carried out in both backward and forward directions because the wire is fully coated with CBN grains.
* Since no coolant is required the tire samples do not require drying.
