This is a stationary decontamination system for use in clean rooms. These systems utilize a built in version of our unique vapor phase hydrogen peroxide generator, which provides the most rapid decontamination process in the industry while consuming the least liquid hydrogen peroxide.

FEATURES

This efficient decontamination process significantly reduces decontamination time.
VPHP decontamination eliminates concerns regarding formaldehyde's carcinogenic potential.
There are no residual substances remaining after decontamination which eliminates any need to manually remove residues by wiping after the completion of the decontamination process. Hydrogen peroxide decomposes to oxygen and water with the assistance of a catalyzer attached to the system.
4 to 6 LRV(log reduction value) against G. stearothermophilus spores (the Biological indicator used to challenge VPHP decontamination)can be achieved efficiently and in an environmentally friendly manner.
HYDEC operates perfectly under typical clean room conditions of 20-25°C and 40-60% RH, and can accommodate a broader range of environmental conditions as processes require.
