Calibration

In order to achieve stable position accuracy, detection of the relative camera misalignment ranges used for the vision alignment and feedback of the data for alignment are performed during calibration.

If the camera itself is moved from the set position in the process of vision alignment, the mounting position is also moved and the stable precision cannot be maintained. Although it seems that the camera is fixed and always stayed in its home position, it is moved temporality by using the heating system and device shrinkages due to environmental temperature changes.

The calibration system absorbs this temporal position change tries to maintain stable mount position precision.

The actual movement is, first, the pattern matching is performed using the top and bottom cameras to recognize each fiducial mark simultaneously. A position difference is detected from each camera. By giving this data to the alignment during mounting, this difference is corrected automatically.
