Maximizing Efficiency through "Attach-less" Versatility for Minimal Part Changes

With the shrinking labor force, simplifying manufacturing operations has become an urgent priority. Shibuya’s newly developed system achieves an "Attach-less" design, providing broad container compatibility that eliminates the need for changing attachment parts. For industries such as brewing, seasoning, and cosmetics, this reduces the complex tasks associated with product changeovers and supports the establishment of continuous, non-stop production lines.

Realizing "Downtime-less" Operation with Integrated Automated Cleaning Systems

We have also tackled the challenge of reducing cleaning time, which is the biggest bottleneck in high-mix production. By supporting CIP (Clean-in-Place) and pursuing thorough sanitization of liquid-contact parts, this system enables "Downtime-less" operation without the need for extensive manual disassembly. Together with a uniquely designed capper that reduces splashing risks, it dramatically improves operational rates while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Transitioning to "Operation-less" Management through Intuitive Data Control

Aiming for manufacturing that does not rely on expert intuition or experience, we have revolutionized system operability. By employing high-precision load cells for weight measurement, we eliminated the tedious span adjustments previously required before each production run. This facilitates "Operation-less" management, where parameters and production data are integrated via a touch panel. Combined with our unique chucks that ensure consistent adjustment quality regardless of the operator, this system significantly reduces the workload and supports next-generation smart factory operations.
