Together with a uniquely designed capper that reduces splashing risks, it dramatically improves operational rates while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Aiming for manufacturing that does not rely on expert intuition or experience, we have revolutionized system operability. By employing high-precision load cells for weight measurement, we eliminated the tedious span adjustments previously required before each production run. This facilitates "Operation-less" management, where parameters and production data are integrated via a touch panel. Combined with our unique chucks that ensure consistent adjustment quality regardless of the operator, this system significantly reduces the workload and supports next-generation smart factory operations.
