To prevail in fierce global competition, Shibuya launched the "ZHA Project" in 2023, focusing on our flagship "Aseptic Filling Systems." The acronym "ZHA" stands for a company-wide commitment where every department—from design and production to sales and administration—unites to drive cost reduction and strengthen competitiveness. While maintaining our reputation for high performance, we are accelerating the deployment of a robust business model capable of overcoming price competition from international manufacturers.
The most significant achievement of the ZHA Project is the dramatic downsizing of equipment. By fundamentally redesigning the layout of components, such as the Cap Sterilizer ("CSA"), and minimizing chamber height, we have eliminated the need for mezzanine-level construction. This innovation reduces not only the customer’s initial equipment costs but also onsite construction expenses and periods. By enabling the installation of high-performance aseptic lines even in limited spaces, we have established a decisive competitive advantage in overseas markets.
Reducing running costs and enhancing maintainability are essential factors for success. Through the "ZHA" initiatives, we have revolutionized maintenance accessibility, allowing for the inspection of wheels and cappers from outside the chambers and spray pipe maintenance from the machine periphery. Our global track record is already growing, with the delivery of a new two-stage sterilization filling system to a Thai company in November 2025. By balancing high operational rates with reduced management burdens, we continue to support our customers' business prosperity through technology.
Our ongoing commitment to pioneering the future of technology.
