Maximizing Biosafety through a Completely Unmanned Cell Culture System

The core of this technology lies in the "Automated Cell Culture System," which maintains an uncompromised sterile environment. The architecture completely eliminates humans—the primary source of contamination in traditional cell manufacturing—from the active work area. Within the sealed, highly sterile environment of the "Cell Processing Unit," robotic systems automatically execute critical sequential processes, including media exchange, seeding onto cell scaffolds, and cell passages, reducing human error and contamination risks to the absolute minimum.

Furthermore, the system is equipped with Autonomous Mobile Robots ("AMR") alongside numerous isolated "Incubation Units" (cell storage chambers). To safely transport cell samples that are highly sensitive to physical shock and environmental fluctuations, the AMRs navigate smoothly using advanced control algorithms. The robots seamlessly bridge the gap between approximately 100 individual mini-incubators and the "Cell Processing Unit" to create an unmanned space. Eliminating human presence allows the system to maintain the hyper-stable thermal conditions optimal for delicate living cells, enabling consistent, high-quality cell manufacturing.

Revolutionizing Throughput via a Next-Generation Commercial Line Production Method

By transforming cell processing from conventional batch work into an efficient "Line Production Method"—where sequential tasks are fragmented and transferred seamlessly like a relay race—we have established a commercial large-scale manufacturing infrastructure. This configuration boasts an overwhelming processing capacity of up to 24 batches per day. Concerns regarding cross-contamination between individual patient samples are completely eliminated through precise management of differential pressure, airflow control, ventilation, and strict operational protocols across each dedicated workspace.
