Liquid Inspection Machine

This rotary-type inspection machine uses a high-definition camera and proprietary image processing to detect foreign matter in liquids with high accuracy within continuously conveyed bottles. The lineup includes a low-speed type that can be used for both small bottles and 1.8-liter bottles (Issho-bin), as well as a high-speed type designed exclusively for beverage bottles.

Features

• Supports various types of foreign matter, such as matter floating on the liquid surface, translucent matter, and transparent matter.
• Foreign matter on the liquid surface is imaged from two directions (up and down) and from two locations, leaving no blind spots.
• By rotating the bottle forward, stopping it, and reversing it, continuous imaging is performed while the foreign matter is floating.

Empty Bottle Total Inspection Machine

This inspection machine uses a high-definition camera and proprietary image processing to detect cracks, chips, and white foreign matter adhesion on the finish top surface and thread part of continuously conveyed empty bottles, as well as opaque foreign matter on the bottom and body, with high accuracy. Beer bottle types, sake cup types, and beverage bottle types are available.

Features

• Finish top surface inspection and bottom inspection detect defects in a single shot.
• Thread side and body inspection perform a full-circumference inspection by taking multiple images of each rotating bottle. In addition, ultra-high-speed inspection is achieved through proprietary image processing.
• NG images are saved, allowing for efficient defect analysis and parameter readjustment.

AI Label Inspection System

This system uses four cameras along with white visible light and infrared light to capture label images around the entire circumference of the container, performing defect inspection through deep learning*. It can accurately detect small tears, wrinkles, and bottom folds that are difficult to find with conventional image inspection.

*Deep learning: Learning is performed in advance using images of good and defective products. Defect detection is carried out using an inference model generated from this learning. Detected defects are color-coded by type and displayed with rectangular markings, providing confirmation for the judgment.

Linear Empty Bottle Inspection Machine

This inspection machine performs foreign matter and defect inspection of the finish top/side and bottom surfaces of empty bottles on a linear conveyor line, sorting and discharging good bottles to downstream processes and defective bottles onto a reject conveyor.

Features

• The compact design results in a small installation footprint, allowing for easy integration into existing lines.
• A special lens enables simultaneous inspection of the finish side and the thread part.
• High-precision inspection is performed by dividing the image into multiple areas.
• The strobes of each inspection unit are controlled so that they do not flash simultaneously, ensuring stable inspection without interference from simultaneous flashing.
• High-precision positioning is achieved because the inspection areas track the finish top/side and bottom surfaces. (PAT.)

Linear PET Bottle Appearance Inspection Machine

This linear PET bottle appearance inspection machine inspects PET bottle cap defects, different cap types, label defects, fill level (liquid level height), and the presence of labels with aluminum tape with high accuracy.

Features

• Proprietary image processing ensures reliable inspection of small broken bridges, cocked caps, and cracks on caps, as well as folded labels.
• Parameters for each inspection unit registered by product type can be switched automatically, making product changeover easy.
• High-precision fill level inspection is possible due to a function that compensates for foaming and liquid level fluctuation. (PAT.)
