Features
- A high-quality CO2 Laser enables piercing of a minimum diameter of φ0.1 mm.
- Widely used for fine and precision cutting of thin sheets, such as for stencil mask cutting and resin sheet cutting, as well as scribing of ceramics in the semi-conductor industry.
- A sealed type CO2 laser oscillator eliminates the need for changing laser gas and daily maintenance.
- The “500 × 500” mm(Model SPL2305A) or “500 × 700” mm(Model SPL3905A) angular table remarkably reduces CO2 Laser cutting machine installation space.
- Positioning accuracy is improved drastically by a linear drive. (Model SPL3905A)
