EH162 Test Handler
This high-speed test handler and soter is for transferring workpieces to each inspection station by intermittent transfer using the disc type indexing unit and sorting by electrical properties and optical characteristics.
Features
- The workpiece transfer mechanism is made simple by inserting workpieces into the indexing unit directly from the parts feeder.
- Operation efficiency is largely improved by a large-volume bin box.
- Proximity measurement by an integrating sphere of sizes up to 6 inches
- Capable of LED dies' illumination inspection
