PAA Bottle Decontamination:

Shibuya has developed PAA bottle decontamination technology for high acid beverages. If a beverage is high acid, PAA bottle decontamination is a good choice to deliver commercial sterility during operations. PAA wet decontamination provides strong washing action to remove localized microorganisms.

The Aseptic Chamber Design

Isolating all filling and capping units is critical for providing an aseptic environment.

The created aseptic environment can be maintained for an extended period of time behind robust positive air pressure control, a clean design (no dead leg, no steam condensation pool), and dynamic sealing of rotating and stationary parts.
