Wrap-Around Caser

This machine is an intermittent-motｉon wrap-around caser which places products on a corrugate sheet and case-forms around the products.

• Snap-on type tooling and knob-adjust guide adjustment makes it easy to handle different types of wrapped products.
• The transferring of products on to corrugate sheets is done while firmly holding front and back of the products to ensure there is no product tip-over or miss-positioning during product tranfer.

• As the blank sheet crease lines are supported during the pull down by the rubber vaccum cups, reliability without damage is ensured at high speeds.
• Grouped products are positioned and fed by guides that move synchronously with the product, ensuring accurate case loading.
• In the case of an emergency stop, cases already in the gluing and sealing section continue to be glued and sealed as the hot melt gun and sealing unit automatically complete the process, minimizing the occurrence of partially glued or unglued cases.
