EH162 Test Handler

This high-speed test handler and soter is for transferring workpieces to each inspection station by intermittent transfer using the disc type indexing unit and sorting by electrical properties and optical characteristics.

  • The workpiece transfer mechanism is made simple by inserting workpieces into the indexing unit directly from the parts feeder.
  • Operation efficiency is largely improved by a large-volume bin box.
