ETM 520 LED Taping Machine (Tape and Reel)

This taping (tape and reel) machine performs polarity alignment while transferring supplied LEDs by the indexing unit, and inserts LEDs into embossed tape for heat sealing.

  • High-speed transfer is achieved with a disc type indexing unit.
  • Workpieces can be sorted according to the results of various inspections such as optical inspection, vision inspection, etc. (max. 6 binning).
