3D Vision Inspection SystemBy using Shibuya’s original inspection software and selecting/combining optical system components such as cameras and lenses, we provide the inspection systems optimized for your needs.
Irregularities inside a cylinder with an inner diameter of 10 mm or greater can be three-dimensionally and accurately measured and inspected. A fixed type inspection head and an automatic inspection head for large-size inspection are available to meet diverse inspection styles. The inspection unit and software can be customized according to applications.

This inspection system enables creation of 3D images in the order of tens of microns and is most suitable for inspection of precision parts. Shibuya’s original image tiling technology allows inspection of a wide field of view as well. The high-accuracy camera also contributes to high-speed creation of 3D images and all-focused images.
