We operate a quality management system based on ISO 9001 to meet statutory and regulatory requirements and customer requirements.
Under this system, we identify the activities and business processes required for quality management and apply an appropriate risk-based approach to each process. We also work to achieve continual improvement in quality by setting and monitoring quality objectives, managing changes and nonconformities, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining records of these activities.
Top management establishes the quality policy and quality objectives and provides the necessary resources. The Quality Control Manager and the ISO Secretariat oversee the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system, while each department operates its processes based on defined roles and responsibilities.
We evaluate the effectiveness of the system through internal audits and management reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed. From a governance perspective, important matters are reviewed and approved by more than one person.
We identify the competence requirements for each role and provide training to employees involved in relevant operations, primarily through on-the-job training (OJT).
We provide phased training for employees at all levels, from new hires to managers and maintain records of competence. When employees have not yet reached the required skill levels, we develop corrective action plans.
We also promote the acquisition and renewal of internal qualifications, such as those for quality auditors and inspectors, as well as relevant external qualifications. In addition, we continue to ensure awareness of the requirements of the standard and conduct case studies.
We have obtained ISO 9001 certification and operate a quality management system for the applicable operations.
We accommodate external audits in accordance with certification requirements and work to maintain and renew our certification through internal audits, corrective actions, and continual improvement. We document the scope of the quality management system and any exclusions, and regularly confirm conformity with the requirements of the standard.
