Supply Chain

Procurement Policy

We conduct fair procurement activities with suppliers and other partners throughout our supply chain, aiming for collaboration and mutual prosperity.

We aim to ensure a stable supply of procured goods while fully leveraging the capabilities of both the Company and our suppliers, with the goal of enhancing our competitiveness and strengthening our partnerships.

We do not engage in procurement associated with conflict minerals, palm oil, child labor, forced labor, or animal welfare concerns.

Internal Training

To further embed our procurement policy within the Group and among our suppliers, we provide CSR procurement training to procurement personnel who have frequent direct contact with suppliers.

Supplier Site Audits

Once a year, our procurement department visits suppliers’ factories and evaluates whether they are appropriate business partners. Using a supplier evaluation form and a quality assessment checklist, we assess suppliers from perspectives such as production capacity, legal compliance, quality, and environmental considerations.

When a supplier’s rating declines as a result of this quality assessment, we request the submission of a corrective action plan and conduct a follow-up evaluation after the measures have been implemented. Through this process, we work to maintain and improve quality.
