Bottle Sterilization Systems

Hydrogen Peroxide Bottle Sterilization System

Features

• Ensures reliable sterilization by uniformly spraying H2O2 inside and outside the bottle while minimizing chemical costs.
• Depending on sterilization conditions, the rinser can be downsized or eliminated, leading to a reduction in water consumption.
• By integrating a bottle molding machine into a synchronized system, the overall footprint can be significantly reduced.

EB Bottle Sterilization System

Features

• Directly irradiates the container with EB from a short distance to sterilize the sides.
• The rotation mechanism ensures full 360-degree irradiation, reliably sterilizing the entire container. It achieves a 6D reduction for B. subtilis and B. pumilus.
• As a chemical-free method, there is no risk of residual chemicals, and running costs are significantly lower compared to chemical methods.
• The compact sterilization unit significantly reduces the total system installation area.
• The self-shielded structure safely blocks X-rays. No specialized radiation officer is required, and the system can be operated with simple notification to authorities.

Fillers

Weight Filler

This filler controls the opening and closing of valves based on fill weight measured by load cells directly connected to the bottle base or neck gripper. It is highly versatile and compatible with various bottle sizes.

Flow Meter Filler

This filler ensures a constant fill volume by measuring flow rate using flow meters directly connected to the filling valves. It is compatible with a wide range of bottle sizes.
